Google Analytics (GA4)
If you consent to the "Analytics" category in our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited ("Google"). Google Analytics is loaded via Google Tag Manager and uses cookies to statistically evaluate the use of our website. The information generated is usually transferred to and stored on a Google server.
We use IP anonymization, so your IP address is truncated by Google within the EU. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent). You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings in the footer.
Server-Side Conversion Measurement
If you reach our website via an advertisement (Google Ads or LinkedIn) and submit the contact form, we transmit the following data server-side to the respective advertising platform for campaign measurement:
- Google Ads: The click ID (gclid) from the URL parameter and the timestamp of the form submission.
- LinkedIn: A SHA256 hash of your email address (not the plain-text email) and the timestamp of the form submission.
This transmission happens exclusively server-side. No tracking scripts, pixels, or cookies are placed on your device. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in measuring the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns).
Disclosure to Third Parties
Your data is not sold or shared for advertising purposes. Data is only disclosed where necessary to process your enquiry or where required by law.
Data Retention
Your contact data is stored for as long as necessary to process your enquiry, or until you request deletion. Statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.
